Sticky Faith So Far

I am really enjoying leading our class on "Sticky Faith" on Sunday mornings. While the focus is for parents preparing for the teen years, I think anyone can benefit regardless of their place on the journey. Our first class was on the icky realities of sticky faith. While the numbers can be a bit daunting, we are grateful that our God is not daunted by anything - and it's faith in Him that we want to build. Last week we talked about the Gospel. Many struggle to articulate the Gospel. However, it is the Gospel, the good news of Jesus, that should inform every area of our lives - but unless intentionally made so - the fullness and busyness of life can squeeze it out of our interactions with our kids. Today we focus on Sticky Identity. Spiritual formation and identity formation - "who am I" - are intertwined with each other and with our Journey of Faith. I appreciate everyone who has come and welcome anyone to attend. Sundays at 9:30 in room 112.
